Christmas Vacation

We headed to the cabin for Christmas. We packed three families into three two-wheel drive minivans. Thank goodness for snow plows, chains, and ice melt.
.
Gifts were under the tree.
.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care...
.
...in hopes that the Jackalope soon would be there.
.
Bryce clapped at the Cook cousin gift exchange.
.
The cabin kids making a sled train.
.
Uncle Clark with Chelsea and Beck.
.
Spencer dressed for the weather.
.
The snow bunnies.
.
Carter getting launched off the jump.
.
Michael getting air off the jump.
.
Clark making it look easy.
.
Here I am getting no air.
.
Kristen and Bryce after the jump.
.
David and Bryce watching a DVD.
.
Christmas Eve hors d'oeuvres.
.
The cousins on Christmas Eve.
.
Kristen, Bryce, and Carter by the fire.
.
Bryce eats a candy cane for breakfast on Christmas morning.
.
Spencer with a gift.
.
Chelsea thanking Mom.
.
Jonathan showing off the Sour Cream & Onion Crickets.
.
Carter showing off the cricket up close.
.
Down the hatch.
.
Spencer snow boarding.

I'm jealous of that snow. We've got the cold, just nothing to show for it! It so awesome that you have that cabin to gather at! Years and years of memories ahead!

I'm so impressed that you used hors d'oeuvres in your post. I'd totally chuck the effort and not even pray that the spell check would know that word. Your lack of air is blog-worthy, thanks for sharing!
